Products purchased for digital download will arrive via email Immediately after your payment, you will instantly receive about 5 – 10 minutes via your email or Live chat on website.

Physical products:

Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.
Processing Time: It takes 1 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 4 – 7 business days in USA (depends on shipping method) and 8-15 business days for Europe and Worldwide from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

Tracking Number:

Return & Exchange Policy:The return & exchange policy will only apply to damaged items that have any manufacturing problems.
